We are happy to announce the release of our live chat module for Prestashop 1.7
This module works for Prestashop 1.6 as well and we recommend all users to update to this version (v2.4).
Since our latest release, we’ve been busy with polishing things and fixing bugs. Just to name a few:
- fixed Google Chrome error “A Parser-blocking, cross-origin script, is invoked via document.write. This may be blocked by the browser if the device has poor network connectivity.”
- connection with HubTalk server is 15% faster
How to update
All you need to do is go to your Prestashop admin -> Modules , click the Add a new module button and upload the zip file. The update will be done automatically.
Warning: Sometimes updates take effect only after you clear the template cache: Prestashop admin -> Advanced parameters -> Performance and press Clear cache button (top right)
