Purchase Terms and Conditions
Provider is the owner of certain proprietary computer software known as HubTalk
Provider provides and sells subscriptions for subscribers to access and use the Software via www.hubtalk.com
Provider is willing to provide access to the Services for Client’s internal business use pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Provider and Client acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be effective and in force immediately upon the date that Client clicks the "Upgrade now" button
Client desires to use the Services for Client’s internal business purposes, including specifically use by Client’s customers and/or potential customers (“Authorized Users”)
Provider grants to Client and Client accepts from Provider, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use and permit Authorized Users to access and use the Services solely for Client’s internal business use. The Services shall not be used by Client or by Authorized Users for, or on behalf of, third parties that are not authorized under this Agreement. Client shall use its best efforts to ensure that the Authorized Users use the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Client acknowledges that its right to use the Services will be web-based only pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Software will not be installed on any servers or other computer equipment owned or controlled by Client or otherwise provided to Client.
The amount of the Subscription Fee does not include any applicable taxes. Client is responsible for any and all applicable taxes.
Client shall pay to Provider the subscription fee (the “Subscription Fee”) in the amount and for the duration that Client has entered and agreed to pursuant to the sign up page for this Agreement.
The Subscription Fee for the first Subscription Period of the term of this Agreement shall be paid on the Effective Date. The Subscription Fee for all subsequent Subscription Periods of the term of this Agreement shall be paid to Provider based on Subscription Period cycle based on First payment date.
Client shall provided a valid credit card, ACH payment system information, bank account information authorized for automatic bill paying, or other acceptable method of payment to Provider and shall take all necessary steps to authorize automatic payment of the Subscription Fee. By agreeing to this Agreement, Client hereby authorizes Provider to automatically charge said method of payment for all Subscription Periods during the term of this Agreement.
If, for any reason, automatic payment shall be denied, then Client account will be downgraded to the status of Free account.
Credit card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month
Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates.
Client can cancel at any time the Subscription by click "Unsubscribe" button from the billings page.
Canceling the Subscription means you will not be automatically charged once your the Subscription period expires.
Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately
Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on June 22th, you will not lose access until the July 22th, assuming your subscription period is one month.
Delivery of Goods and Services
Provider agrees to supply and deliver the Goods to Client and to perform the Services, as applicable, on the terms set out in this Agreement.
Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees
If payment is done via credit card or debit card the Services should be provided withing minutes or less from the time we receive the payment confirmation, however this time frame is not guaranteed.
We offer a 30 days refund from the moment of the last payment is confirmed.
The refund will be done only for the last Subscription payment
If the Client is interested in a refund he should contact us and specifically ask for a refund.
Once the refund was processed your account Authorization will be limited to the status before the payment confirmation.
Changes to this Purchase Terms and Conditions
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Service, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
