All chat-widgets v.1.0.0 have been automatically updated to 1.0.1. Visitors opening multiple pages on the same site, but on different levels (e.g. www.mysite.com/level1 and www.mysite.com/level1/level2) had some problems communicating with operators.
Now is fixed.
