Today we’re very happy to announce the release of the 12th beta version of our software.
This new version includes a variety of new features and bug fixes, the most important being the drag&drop operators-widgets setup and new website verification system.
Drag&drop operators-widgets setup
Now you can assign operators to chat widgets and the other way around, using a very friendly drag&drop interface as you can see in the following images.
Website verification system
Another feature that we’ve added is the way we handle the website verification. Now you need to upload a file to your web server in order to verify that you’re the site owner. It’s a very simple 3 steps setup that can be done in a few minutes.
NOTE: For the moment you can have max. 2 websites attached to your account. This limitation will be lifted in the following versions.
NOTE 2: Also for the moment we accept only websites with ‘root’ domains, so no subdomains or folders. Again this limitation will be lifted in the following versions.
