We’ve spent the past 3 months working on Board Widgets, and for the last 2 weeks our focus was majorly on the widget design.
So, today we’re releasing a new version of our software that comes with redesigned widgets.
Board Widgets
New widgets we’re added as well, such as :
Time on site: which shows how much time a visitor has spend on the site
Box Status: shows if visitor open/closed the chat-box
Idle Status: shows if a visitor is idle for more than 30 seconds(time can be adjusted from widget settings)
Visitor Location Map: shows a map with the visitor location(based on the ip)
Basic Info: has received an upgrade an now contains more information about visitor
As we shown in previous version Beta 28 – App updates and Board Widgets Pages , widgets are grouped in pages, and the numbers of pages depends on the browser resolution.
When the operator has a smaller resolution the Chat Board will automatically group the widgets in more pages like this:
