Today we’re happy to announce you the release of chat-widget v.2.15.
Now you have the possibility to change the widget language. For the moment we support 14 languages and we plan to add more in the future weeks.
Supported languages are : Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian ,Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish
By default all widgets are set on English.
In order to change the language you need to go to Setup->Widgets->[Select widget]->Languages
For those of you who need to change the text on the chat-box you need to go to Setup->Widgets->[Select widget]->Box
This new version is also 10% more lighter, 30% more faster when a visitor opens multiple tabs(windows) on your website.
We also fixed the bug when a certain user appeared twice in the operator dashboard.
Note: All widgets have been automatically updated to version 2.15
