Today we’re very happy to announce the release of the 9th beta version of our software.
This new version includes a variety of new features and bug fixes, the most important being the conversations log.
Conversations log
This is still in early stages, a lot of new things will come over the course of time, but we had to start from somewhere .
For the moment you can view conversations grouped in 4 time ranges: today, this week, previous week, and this month. Like we said,more custom options will come in future releases.
You can also download the conversation log to you computer. For the moment the only format is JSON. In the future we plan to add more formats such as xml,html, pdf. We’re also open to new ideas. We’ve picked JSON as a default , because it’s easy and flexible to be parsed and integrated with other 3rd party software, in case there is a need for such a thing.
NOTE: Older conversations will not be visible for the moment, but we’re already working on this.
