Last night we released Chat widget 2.16, the latest version of our chat service.
Now your visitors will connect to chat only if the webpage is visible. This way operators will avoid conversations with clients that are not on their website, they have the browser minimized or they’re viewing other sites in separate tabs.
NOTE: All widgets are automatically updated to this version
