This is a major release for us. After more than 3 months of work the version 3.0 of our live chat widget is finally here.
Flat Design
The new UI is more simplified,with a minimalistic design approach that emphasizes usability, clean, open space, crisp edges, bright colors and two-dimensional/flat illustrations. For every operator you can attach an image and define his support role(technical, sales, etc).
Multiple Themes
You can also change between multiple themes to make the chat widget fit seamlessly into your website’s layout with just a simple click.
30+ Languages
Now you can offer a chat window in multiple languages. At the moment 31 languages are supported: Arabic, Azerbaijani, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, English, Spanish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Lithuanian, Latvian, Malay, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Slovak, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. Special thanks to those who help us with translations.
NOTE: In order for operator changes to take effect, the operator need to be offline.
