Today we’re introducing a new update : possibility to upload images.

File uploads

Now clients can send images to operators in real time during a live chat conversations.

Operators can reply in the same manner.

Note: For the moment we allow only images to be transferred during a conversation.
Note: Allowed formats: .jpg, .png, .gif
Note: There’s also a 4MB / file limit
