Today we’re releasing a new update containing 2 major features: Assign user to a different operator and RTL (right to left) language support.
Assign user to a different operator
Now you can pass a conversion to a different operator. All you have to do is click the Actions menu from the chat window then click Assign to operator
You can also view all online (and offline) operators directly in the Chatboard panel
RTL language support
On chat-widget, RTL (right to left) language support is automatically added for the following languages: Arabic, Hebrew and Persian
On Chatboard to you need to go to Settings menu -> Languages and choose RTL.
