Valentine’s day – Live chat template
Valentine’s day is just around the corner. To make sure your website is in line with the holiday, you should install the Valentine’s day live chat template.
How to install
Go to this page and click the install button: http://www.hubtalk.com/apphub/ValentinesHearts
In HubTalk dashboard -> Setup -> Widgets -> [ Select widget ] -> Look and feel , click on template and choose Valentine’s Hearts.
Then click the Update button (bottom – right)
That’s it.

Live Chat for Prestashop – module v2.6
Today we’re releasing version 2.6 of our module for Prestashop 1.6 and 1.7. Prestashop 1.5 users are not forgotten but will need to wait until next week when we’ll release a patch for older Prestashop versions.

Force SSL on HubTalk Module
We’ve added an option to force SSL (if available) on Prestashop websites that have disabled “Enable SSL on all pages ” option but have enabled SSL for some modules like payment.
If you are in one of this situation chat widget will not work properly when visitors are on payment page and you should made the upgrade and enable Force SSL option from module settings.

New chat template: Flat Big
Welcome to 2017. This is just a small update that introduces a new template: Flat Big.
To install the template go to: HubTalk Dashboard -> Setup -> Widgets -> [ Select widget ] -> Look and feel and select the template to “Flat Big”
Another cool feature is that you can enable / disable the bubble notification for both desktop and mobile devices. To do that go to Setup -> Widgets -> [ Select widget ] -> Box

Chat widget 3.18 released
Today we’re releasing the last version from 2016 of our chat widget.
Fancy emojis
We introduce the ability to replace standard unicode emojis which look different depending on the platform you’re using (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android) with some nicer,fancies ones preserving the same aspect in all platforms. For a complete list of emojis go to this site http://getemoji.com/ and copy-paste some in the chat window
This is still in beta so it’s disabled by default. To enable Fancy emojis you need to go to Setup -> Widgets -> [ Select widget ] -> Chat .
Winter Season
Be in line with winter holidays and enable the Winter Season Template.
After you installed the app you need to go to Setup -> Widgets -> [ Select widget ] -> Look and feel and change the template to Winter Season

Prestashop live chat module v2.5 released
Today we’re releasing Prestashop module v2.5 . This is a minor release, meaning that it contains no breaking changes just some small bug fixes.

NOTE: You should do a clear template cache after update: Prestashop admin -> Advanced parameters -> performance -> Clear cache (top right button)

Live chat module for Prestashop 1.7
We are happy to announce the release of our live chat module for Prestashop 1.7
This module works for Prestashop 1.6 as well and we recommend all users to update to this version (v2.4).
Since our latest release, we’ve been busy with polishing things and fixing bugs. Just to name a few:
- fixed Google Chrome error “A Parser-blocking, cross-origin script, is invoked via document.write. This may be blocked by the browser if the device has poor network connectivity.”
- connection with HubTalk server is 15% faster
How to update
All you need to do is go to your Prestashop admin -> Modules , click the Add a new module button and upload the zip file. The update will be done automatically.
Warning: Sometimes updates take effect only after you clear the template cache: Prestashop admin -> Advanced parameters -> Performance and press Clear cache button (top right)
