Today we’re releasing version 3.8 of the chat widget. In this version we’re fixing a weird blinking bug that appeared in Chrome browsers when multiple tabs of the same site were opened. We’ve also made the chat faster by 5-10% compared to previous version.

Mobile Optimized chat widget is here
Hello everyone. Today we’re releasing a new version of our software which comes with many useful features.
Visitor name
Now you have the ability to change the default visitor name to whatever name you want. Default name is “visitor” followed by 4 random digits.
To change the name go to Setup -> Widgets -> Select Widget -> Chat
Note: The changed named will always be followed by 4 random digits.
Mobile Optimized
Finally we have a mobile optimized live chat for mobile optimized websites. This is enabled by default to everyone, however for this to work make sure you have chat enabled on mobile devices.
To change this settings you need to go to Setup -> Widgets -> Select widget -> Mobile
Note: Mobile optimized chat works great only for mobile optimized sites. ( the ones where pinch to zoom is disabled)
This is just the beginning for mobile live chat. There are some known bugs like when the user changes the phone from landscape to portrait mode.

HubTalk v1.11 – Reply to offline messages and PrestaShop module 1.4
Today we’re releasing a new version. Besides some small bug fixes this comes with some cool new features. We like to thank all of your for your feedback. We listen and now some of the requested features are live.
Reply to offline messages
Now you can reply to offline messages directly from your email client. We also changed the notification email to a much cleaner , user friendly one.
Prestashop module 1.4 – Multilanguage shop switch from experimental to production mode
We introduced support for multilanguage shop in our previous version. Now we clean up the setup mode, to make it more understandable for first time users.

Change password
We finally did it. After a long time you can finally change your password. All you need to do is go to My Account -> Change password
